- Joyce has now posted a statement (I sincerely hope she's not too optimistic about timing there)
- As those of you who are on her friends list may have read in her other recent post, there were some very good reasons why things didn't go to plan. I agree that Joyce should have communicated these problems better, but she understandably wants to keep her private life private.
- On a personal note, while I understand that people got sick and tired of waiting for their corsets and demand answers, I still think that the witch-hunt that ensued, the amount of vitriol spewed and the completely unfounded rumours and malicious misinterpretations bandied about are disgusting and people should be really ashamed of themselves.
- Finally I want to say that trying to stop people buying from her etsy and ebay-shops is terribly stupid. Trying to completely destroy the cash-flow of a business is rather counterproductive if you expect a refund or a product. I have personally bought several in-stock and pret-a-porter corsets off her via these venues and so far always received the goods without any problems (and yes, I have a long pending custom order with her as well). Besides, do you really think she could have somehow falsified her feedback on there without being booted off if she wouldn't deliver the goods?
Thank you for listening and goodbye.
